Children’s privacy (COPPA and GDPR-K)

GAME SPACE is a general-audience website. It includes a small number of learning games for young children, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in the United States, or under the age of digital consent in their country (between 13 and 16 in the European Union and the United Kingdom). No game requires an account, a name, an email address, a photo, a location or any other personal details.

Child-directed treatment. The Kids section and every game page in it (currently Kids True Colors, Kids Math, Kids Counting and Kids Crossword) are treated as directed at children. On these pages:

• the Google AdSense script is not loaded, so no advertising of any kind is shown;
• interest-based (personalised) advertising and remarketing are never used;
• no advertising or analytics cookies are set by us, and no personal information is collected; and
• each page displays a visible notice that it is directed at children.

Because we do not collect personal information from children, no parental consent is required under the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or Article 8 of the GDPR (often called GDPR-K). We recommend that children use the site with a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us or email support@playnora.app and we will delete it promptly.

Data retention

We do not operate user accounts and do not store personal profiles. Your cookie choice is stored in your own browser until you clear it or change it. Data collected by Google and other partners is retained according to their own privacy policies.
