What is Robotex Puzzle?
Drag the parts into place and assemble a transformer robot on every level.
Robotex Puzzle is a drag-and-drop assembly puzzle. The game's own instructions explain the goal: to assemble the transformer, move all the items from the right side of the screen to the left side. Each level gives you a robot outline and a set of parts, and you build the robot by placing every part where it belongs.
There are 20 regular levels, and completing all of them unlocks two special levels: Bonus and Prize. An instruction menu explains the rules, and a map shows your progress through the levels.
How the puzzles work
Each level begins with the robot's outline on the left and its parts scattered on the right. You drag each part into position. Parts that fit snap into place; the robot gradually takes shape as you work.
When every part has been placed, the robot is complete and the next level unlocks. Levels get more complex as robots gain more parts, and finishing all 20 opens the Bonus and Prize levels.
Solving strategies
Big parts first
Large parts such as the torso and legs define the robot's shape. Placing them first makes it easier to see where the smaller pieces go.
Match the outline
The outline on the left is your guide. Compare the shape of each part with the gaps in the outline to find its place.
Work systematically
Go from top to bottom or from the centre outward. A systematic approach is faster than picking parts at random.
Your first puzzle
- Read the instructions from the menu.
- Look at the robot outline and the parts on the right.
- Place the large body parts first.
- Add the smaller parts such as arms and details.
- Finish the robot and move to the next level.
Controls
- ▸Drag a part from the right side of the screen with the mouse or your finger.
- ▸Drop it into the correct position on the robot on the left.
- ▸Repeat until every part is placed.
Common mistakes to avoid
- ✕Starting with tiny details.
- ✕Ignoring the outline's shape.
- ✕Picking parts at random.
Quick tips
- ★Use the outline as your guide.
- ★Place the torso before the limbs.
- ★Complete all 20 levels to unlock Bonus and Prize.
Deep dive
Building as a puzzle
Robotex Puzzle turns construction into a puzzle. Each robot is a set of shapes, and fitting them together is satisfying in the same way as a jigsaw.
Unlockable levels
The Bonus and Prize levels give players a reason to complete all 20 regular levels. They are a nice reward for finishing the game.
Who it suits
Robotex Puzzle suits children and adults who enjoy robots and calm, hands-on puzzles. It is non-violent and easy to understand.
Tips for complex robots
Later robots have more parts. Start with the largest pieces and work outward, comparing each remaining part with the gaps in the outline.
Reaching the bonus levels
Work through the 20 levels steadily. Completing them all unlocks the Bonus and Prize levels.
Why assembly puzzles are satisfying
Assembly puzzles combine shape recognition with a clear sense of progress: every part you place brings the finished robot closer. That makes Robotex Puzzle especially rewarding for younger players, who can see their success building up piece by piece across 20 levels. It is calm, non-violent and easy to understand.
